Meet Our 2023
Hidden Valley Village Owners Association
Board of Directors
The HVVOA Board of Directors (BOD) is made up of seven board members, with four officers and three at-large directors. BOD members serve two-year terms on a rotating schedule. Three seats become open in one year, then four the next, and then back to three the following year, and so on. This ensures overlap and continuity so that there is no gap in performing duties following each annual election. The current BOD as of November, 2021 is listed below. The Board of Directors can be contacted by email at [email protected]

Tricia Gomez Luzio
Vice-President
After visiting Mammoth for years, we purchased our 1st condo at HVV in 2020 and purchased our second condo at HVV 8 months later. My husband and I live here at Hidden Valley 2-4 months a year. When we are not there, I self-manage the rentals of both of our HVV units. Because of this, I feel that I can bring a unique perspective as someone who is both a resident and an investor.
In addition to our units at HVV, we also own a beach house in the 30A area of the Florida panhandle. We live there 4 months a year and I also self-manage that rental when we are away. I currently serve as the HOA President of that community and I am honored to also serve as a board member for the HVVHOA.
Outside of self-managing the rentals of our homes, I also own a few businesses. Most are focused on the dance education industry and afford me the privilege of being a public speaker on an international stage. My husband and I also own a self-storage facility. My friends and family would describe me as a serial entrepreneur. :) I just consider myself someone who simply gets the job done.

Susan Kirkgard
Director at Large
My family and I have been heading to Mammoth Lakes every chance we get for over 60 years and finally purchased Unit 107 in 2011. I have one adult son and daughter-in-law, and our beloved German Shepherd, Stella. We occupy our condo as much as time allows, during all four seasons, and we have our condo on a Short-Term Rental Program for the times we must be away. I love the outdoors and I consider Mammoth my “happy place”, being in Mammoth every chance I can get. Besides my love for hiking, snow shoeing, and trout fishing (working on my fly-fishing skills), I am an avid mountain biker and spend as much time at the bike park (or on the local SoCal trails) as I can.
My over 40 years working as a licensed Engineering Geologist in the private consulting sector has provided me with long term experience managing complex, large-scale private and public sector construction projects with budgets over $1M. I have served on the Board of Directors for my primary residence HOA (in Azusa, CA) on and off for over 25 years. I am grateful to have the opportunity to now serve on the HVV Board of Directors. As someone who occupies our condo as our home, but also utilizes a STR program, I feel I have a perspective that would represent the majority of HVV homeowners. I am looking forward to retirement soon when I can spend most of my time up in Mammoth Lakes!
