Welcome to Hidden Valley!
Welcome to Hidden Valley Village, a permanent home for some and a home-away-from home for others here in scenic Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains. Hidden Valley is one of Mammoth Lakes’ true gems – our condominium complex is uniquely located in a convenient, central part of town while at the same time being....well....“hidden," as our name would suggest. The property is located on one of the main roads in Mammoth Lakes, and yet it is largely out of view of street traffic and passersby. The main driveway to our property drops away from the well-traveled Lake Mary Road into a small valley of its own, creating a quiet environment for our permanent residents and visitors alike. And yet in just a few short minutes, one can walk to The Village, its shops and restaurants, and the “Village Gondola” that shuttles skiers, snowboarders, and scenic riders to the Canyon Lodge base area in the wintertime. For added convenience, we are less than two miles away from the Minaret Village Shopping Center (where the Vons market is located). We also have a beautiful walking and bike path that runs right by our driveway up Lake Mary Road; in the summertime, this path can take you up to any number of our local lakes and the Tamarack Lodge. Whether winter or summer, Hidden Valley provides an idyllic setting in which to live or just vacation, with dozens of activities at your fingertips.
Hidden Valley is a condominium complex comprises 84 individual units and has many convenient amenities, including two roof-covered outdoor Jacuzzis, two saunas, two coin-operated laundry rooms, and one outdoor pool, as well as a full-time property management team that lives onsite. This website is provided by our Hidden Valley Village Owners Association (HVVOA) and is managed by both the HVVOA and our onsite resident managers. It is a resource for homeowners, visitors, and potential new home buyers in our condominium complex, and it provides a variety of useful information, including facts about our beautiful location and grounds, HVVOA documents, and information about past and future HVVOA meetings. If you are considering moving to Hidden Valley full-time, you could not make a better choice. If you are considering visiting Hidden Valley for a vacation in our beautiful part of the Eastern Sierras, we welcome you. At all times, we ask that our residents and visitors alike respect the Hidden Valley rules. All of us here at Hidden Valley value the quiet, family-friendly nature of our property and we wish to keep it that way. DISCLAIMER: Hidden Valley condominiums are not and may not be rented out of our onsite manager's office or through our website. Such activity is expressly prohibited at Hidden Valley. Anyone who wishes to seek a rental at Hidden Valley must do so through unaffiliated services. Our onsite resident property managers are tasked with the safety of all Hidden Valley tenants and guests and the physical upkeep of the property, and not with condo rentals. |
For all new property owners at HVV, please find a "Welcome Letter" from our Board of Directors president here:
Reminder: Bears are still active in and around HVV
A friendly reminder to all fellow homeowners and guests for your safety: Even when winter arrives, there can still be active bear activity. Remember to make certain not to leave any food, or packages that look like food boxes, air fresheners, scented candles, or anything similar, inside your car or outside of your condos. Bears have superior vision; they recognize shapes and their sense of smell is more acute than that of dogs. Bears are very quiet and very clever at figuring out how to get inside a parked car. Be safe out there and leave them plenty of room!
