Hidden Valley Village Rule Violation Complaints
Noise disturbances during quiet hours (10pm to 7am): The HVV Homeowners Association Board of Directors recommends the following approach when loud noise occurs during quiet hours in an adjoining or nearby unit.
1. Try to contact the noise makers directly, i.e., knock on the door and ask for consideration.
2. If that isn’t effective, call ML Police Dept. While it’s unlikely they will respond to a noise complaint, there should be a record of the call being made.
3. If the noise persists and is unbearable, call the resident manager at (760) 934-7303 (office) or (760) 914-1776 (cell) and request help.
4. Send email to the HVV office [resident manager, [email protected]] with details of the disturbance and request the resident manager forward your email to the unit owner.
5. Complete an HVV complaint form. Either submit the Contact Form below or submit a hard copy to the office manager on duty. You can download the form below or obtain a copy at the office.
